Accelenation.com has the low down on the Soyo K7ADA motherboard. here's a bite from their article:

We've tested a whole range of Soyo motherboards in the past including its K7VTA, the original Socket A motherboard from Soyo, the K7VTA Pro, its KT133A update and now, Soyo's K7ADA, a solution based on ALi's MAGiK DDR chipset.
The ALi MAGiK chipset is aimed at providing a cost effective DDR solution for the Socket A motherboard market. The ALi MAGiK is also one of the first DDR chipsets that made it to market, right up there with AMD's 761. However, reports over the web indicate slightly weaker performance compared to its counterparts. Other boards based on this chipset include Iwill's KA266 and ASUS' A7A266.
