Simplyzip is a FREEWARE multi archiver thatcan open ZIP, CZIP, ACE, CAB, RAR, TAR, GZIP, LZH, BZ2, SQX, RS, UUE, XXE, BASE64, UCL, ARJ, ZLIB, ALIB, RPM, DEB and 7-ZIP.

Note: There has been a report with this version that changing registered file types and then changing them back can cause system issues including loss of desktop.
