Shockvoice is a modern and free Voice-Over-IP Communication Software. It's written in C# and runs on almost any platform of interest, be it windows, unix, macintosh or solaris. Currently there is a Client for Windows. Although there are Server-Versions for Windows, Linux and Debian.
