Rage3D have updated their tweak tool again. Here's what's new:

Its been quite a while since my last update to Rage3D Tweak... However now that I have finally gotten around to it and v3.9 now supports Radeon 9800 series cards and other new cards.

Details: Added support for 9800 series and other new cards New Overclocking updates New GameUtil support - Now some clock-locked cards can be overclocked without a BIOS flash.
