Rage3D have released another update of their tweak tool.

Here's what they're saying:

Ok... so all of you who had major problems in XP with Beta 1, get this new version. Should resolve all the problems discussed in the Beta 1 feedback we got. If you downloaded Beta2 before seeing this update, then download it again. Had one extra bloody quote in 187KB of text that is the the primary .inf file.
