Again Dell has hit it. This is an OEM release of the latest known Radeon 9700 Pro drivers. It is said to fix issues with Battlefield 1942, NHL 2003 and Fifa 2003. There also seems to be a new refresh rate assignment tab within the monitor tab. It comes complete with Control Panel and may need .inf file changes. Read more for download!

Download modified .inf #1 (9700 only)
Download modified .inf #2 (all Radeon cards from 7000 up)
You may have to try which of the .inf mods works for you. Another user suggested updating device drivers manually via device manager in Windows XP.
