Gayspy have posted an interview with Rick Johnson about Quake IV and have news that we should see Quake IV at QuakeCon 2004! It's also confirmed that the game is using the Doom 3 engine.
During the QuakeCon 2003 keynote a few minutes ago, Tim Willits of id mentioned that work is being done on vehicles for the upcoming Quake 4. Also, it is likely that Quake 4 will be highlighted at next year's QuakeCon.
Todd Hollenshead mentioned that "Quake 4 and QuakeCon 2K4 sound pretty nice together," although it is not confirmed that it will be a 2004 release. Stay tuned for more details
