Nvidia has cleared us to release the registry fix information for their 80 series drivers with dual core support that disables this support so that there is no conflict with the Quake 4 1.05 beta patch.

They still will roll support into a new version of the 80 series drivers, but it was not in todays 81.98 release. You can find the registry fix info at the bottom of this page.
