Privacy Fence works by analyzing your machine, file types, installed applications, digital signatures, and your preferences. So when a website or program attempts to access anything that it is not registered to handle or that you haven't given permission for handling, Privacy Fence will stop that access and immediately notify you of the attempt. This will be evident upon restart of you machine as there will be some warnings - you will be able to review them and decide if they should be considered 'trusted' or not.
