Well CyberLink finally released the latest build 2417: and prior to its unofficial brother it's 8.5 MB big.
Update:The reason I have double posted is because some peeps had problems with the previous links.
So its an official install with the audio settings back to normal (with extended online upgrade!). (It's gotten time after half a year without any updates CYBERLINK)
