Early SSDs got a bad wrap for the performance degradation that manifested itself as you used the drive and got close to full capacity. Patriot has available a Wiper utility that will clear all of the blocks of memory that have been written to, so performance can be kept at peak levels - helping eliminate this obstacle to disk performance. |
