NVRefreshTool is a utility used to fix the problem in Windows 2000/XP that sets your refresh rate to 60Hz when you play ANY game. Version 2.1a has finally been released, after many long hardships. TV-Out Resolution Dialog fixed. Should now work properly for users running in 'dualview' mode with televisions or other devices not capable of the same refresh rates as the computer monitor. Fixed problem that allowed users to add 2 of the same resolution. Minor Code tweaks. Now allows 'Extras' Menu to work without requiring the Advanced button clicked first. Help File Additions. Updated to latest installer code, My InnoSetup Extensions 3.0.6.1. Updated to accomodate program changes. Reworked a whole lot of the installer code. Apparently I had some wrong settings resulting in installer issues. The installer should now function properly with Add/Remove Programs and it should no longer create duplicate entries. Please remove any previous version of NVRefreshTool before installing this version. Does not create blank registry value in run as it had previously done before. This resulted in an NVRT entry in MSConfig with nothing there. Windows 2003 Server Support Added. Download it now, here.
