NVRefreshTool 2.1a hits beta status and is ready for testing.

There are many changes and fixes in this release that should cause much less grief on the end users. Users are encouraged to enter the forum and register a username, in which they most likely will be selected to test the software.

Developers of NVRT prefer users that use the TV-out function, though everyone is welcome.
