Just got this update from Fileconnect! they report that it works but you never Know? So try @ your Own Risk.

M.J. made a fixed .INF file for the 40.41 nVidia drivers. The original NVRefreshrate fixed can be used on them.

You can replace the default .inf file found in the original drivers from nVidia. Then use the old "Windows 2000/XP NVidia Refresh Rate Fix". Tested on version 2.1 build 169
