New v1.0 RC3 build 300 release. This program will support all BIOSes from TNT2 and up to Ti 4600. Except TNT and TNT2 with old version of Control Block (less than version 3). Does not require any .dll, and will work under any version of Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP!

Now you can edit GPU/Memory clock on any version of GeFotce 4 Ti cards including damned Ti 4200. Also i have added support for new version of GeForce 4 MX BIOSes with new control block version. I can't check it on GF4 Ti card (only GF4 MX) so be careful with it!
