From the first time we ran it, we thought the interface was simple, if not pleasing and it opened immediately. Everything you expect from Notepad is available in easy to use icons including open, save, undo, cut, copy, paste, print, search, replace, word wrap, and more. A ridiculous (in a good way) number of schemes are available from AutoHotkey, Shell script, Batch files, C++, VBScript.You can keep track of how many lines and columns there are, the size, and more.Like most programs, you will find File, Edit, View, Settings, and Help. Each of these has numerous settings, features, and options. It's all here, but the kitchen sink and a spell checker but that would make the program large and most likely slower.Notepad3 adds all the features Notepad is missing while maintaining an easy to use interface and hundreds of additional tools. We have to give Rizonesoft props for this 5-star app.
