Nvidia Corp.'s nForce chipset is to ship this month, an Nvidia spokesman said on Thursday. The spokesman for Nvidia, Santa Clara, Calif., also confirmed that the launch would be supported by four motherboard vendors: Abit, Asustek, Gigabyte, and MSI. A spokesman from Advanced Micro Devices Inc., Sunnyvale, also confirmed that Nvidia representatives had reported that information to them as well.
