Found at Asus Taiwan Site: new SiS 900 LAN 1.16 drivers - full 10MB package - containing setup and diagnosis software and drivers for Windows WfW3.11 Windows NT4 / 95 / 98 / ME and Windows 2K/XP Netware.
Second driver is SiS 315 VGA / OnBoard SIS740/650/651 (based on SiS 315 Core) package 2.09b. The driver for these VGA chipsets included in the latest SiS Xabre drivers is newer but nobody knows it's in there - just for your info.
