Based on the official 9088 and 6307 ATI drivers (Catalyst 3.2)
Added support for the following chipsets: Radeon 9500 non Pro / Radeon 9800 Pro.
The SMARTGART control panel has been RE-ENABLED, ATI asked me to re-enable it as a favor, so I did it.
Fixed the FPD not showing in the Display CP. Removed various tweaks as they where no longer necessary.
Added the 9500/9700 to 9800 hack, now the 9800 pipeline is enabled by default in the drivers, there is going to be a BIG speed increase in D3D for these cards.
Changed some stuff in the drivers setup, please read the installer options more carefully now, they include some important info and it's now better explained for newbies.
