Ahead Software has an update do their CD-RW packet writing software InCD bringing it up to version 3.14! This is a major leap forward regarding the version number (last was 2.32). Couldn't verify if this version also runs on 2K/XP. Download InCD 3.14 There is also a new cdrom.cfg which adds support for new CD-ROM drives and writers e.G.: NEC CD-3002A
