IE 11 has been available for Windows 8.1 but soon they will be rolling out IE 11 to Win 7 customers.
Among other things IE 11 includes; Hardware-accelerated 3D Web graphics, Integrated HTML5 video, Improved debugging, faster Javascript and lower CPU usage.
