As reported Microsoft DirectX 9.0 SDK Update - Summer 2003 (Beta 2) has been released earlier. It has also come to light that Microsoft is preparing another update to the End User Runtime - DX9.0b. (4.09.0000.0902) It has been released as part of the SDK update mentioned, so it shouldn't be to long until we see it in public too. Note: This is a new runtime that has not yet been released externally. It includes security and performance updates only according to Neowin. The files within are actually Final Retail.
