Techseekers.net have reviewed the Gigabyte GA-7VAX board. The Gigabyte GA-7VAX is a competent board. For those that do not need RAID it is an ideal platform for 266Mhz or 333Mhz based Athlons. If you have a KT333 based board already then there is no benefit in upgrading to this board. DDR400 and 8x AGP would not be good reasons to upgrade your Athlon system as the Athlon is unable to take advantage of any "HighSpeed" memory (DDR400 or DDR433) unless insanely overclocked. And 8X AGP is nothing to sing and dance about at the moment either. Although with the Radeon 9700 Pro we experience no stability issues whatsoever.
