Third party manufacturer Sapphire Tech is hosting a 50Mbyte download of the first RV250 drivers. The file includes 6.13.10.6095 drivers as well as 6.13.10.3011 control panels. Funny thing is that the control panels sport the 'old' ATI design and do not offer the Catalyst functionality. Furthermore DirectX 8.1 is included as well as ATI multimedia drivers.
