Basically once it was installed, it was like anyother chat program excepts it was a chat program plus. The plus bit was that not only could you use their service to chat on but you can log in to your MSN, Yahoo and AOL chat accout at the same time. Also you can store all your settings and move from computer to computer without having to set them up again. But this wasn't best bit, not only will it store your settings and log you in to other chat prog accouts, but you can video chat to with in the same program.
