WinHEC Officially kicks off on Tuesday 4th May. But we're beginning our coverage a little early. We managed to get hold of a little sneak peek at the upcoming build that will be released to those attending WinHEC (on Tuesday). A new "theme" is included codenamed Jade which is a combination of slilver and blue. The build tag is 4074.idx02.040425-1535. As for DCE in this build, wait and see.
