The ISDN/DSL and graphics cards specialist, ELSA AG located in Aachen, Germany, has announced a layoff of roughly 260 employees due to take place on the 1st of May. According to current bankruptcy attorneys, business is to cease on the same date. On this date, bankruptcy plans and processes are to be presented to the courts. Although there are plans for the continuation of network and consumer communications technologies, there has been no word as to what will happen with their graphics technologies.
