We posted this back in January when DirectX 9 had just been released, but for some reason a debug version was used (I only noticed this yesterday while playing with DXDiag) so I downloaded the SDK and extracted the retail version of the Control Panel for everyone.

The file is 80kb (zipped) and includes a readme with install instructions .
