CheepoMemTweak is a utility for SiS746/746FX/748 based motherboards, meant to tweak chipset and memory performance settings under windows and/or on windows startup.
Despite actually being high performance chipsets, SiS746/746FX/748 have only found their way to the market in the form of low cost motherboards. Often that means low performance bios with little control over chipset and memory performance settings. Motherboard reviews often mention CAS Latency or RAS Precharge, but that's only the tip of the iceberg. There are literally dozens of parameters that, when properly tuned, can boost performance quite noticeably, near NForce2 levels.
