Bnetd is a Battle.Net (the official Internet game service owned by Blizzard) replacement written by hobbyist programmers in their free time. They have managed to emulate the features of Battle.Net such as chatting and multiplayer match making. Bnetd is free software which anyone may download, modify, distribute, or run for any purpose.
