Today, that's all ancient history; NVIDIA has busted the nails out of its coffin with its next generation flagship product. NVIDIA is back with a new chip, the NV40, which is the only GPU today to deliver Microsoft DirectX 9.0 Shader Model 3.0 support. The first NV40-based product that I am testing is the GeForce 6800 Ultra OC from BFG Technologies.
