The eagerly anticipated patch for Battlefield 1942 has been released, bringing the multiplayer 3D vehicular action game by Digital Illusions to version 1.2. This US-only patch addresses numerous client and network/server issues as per the accompanying Readme file. A corresponding dedicated Win32 server is also available.
