Spotted this over Flexbeta:ATI, the firm currently supplying the graphical heart of Nintendo?s GameCube console, has stated that its next generation chip, the R350, will be the best performer on the market by the end of 2003. What?s more, the firm?s vice president of engineering, Dave Rolston, confirmed that ATI is in talks with both Microsoft and Nintendo to supply the polygon-wrestling innards for their next machines.
