According to the report you can read over here, the Athlon XP 3200+ will be clocked at 2200MHz, while the Athlon XP 3000+ with 400MHz FSB will function at 2100MHz. The chips will boast with 512KB of L2 cache and will be made using the same 0.13 micron fabrication process as predecessors at the same Fab30, like all the latest AMD CPUs.
