The Sabertooth 990FX from ASUS is part of the manufacturer's Sabertooth-Series motherboards, which makes it feature a black PCB and the vendors TUF component set. Although the architecture is definitely not "fresh" anymore, ASUS decided to "refresh" their AMD series Sabertooth board, by adding features similar to those offered on their Intel motherboards.
