Antec Going To File Lawsuits Over LED Fans

According to german IT news service www.heise.de Antec is going to file lawsuits against several chinese and taiwanese hardware manufacturers which produce LED fans of similiar design on their own.
Scott Richards, sales and marketing director at Antec said, the company would do everything to protect their original design and that the company will not refrain from taking legal steps to preserve what they see as their intellectual property. According to Antec the company filed patent request in April 2002 (Patent #09112048103 in Taiwan and Patent #02231665.5 in China).
