Are you a newbie to overclocking or an experience overclocker looking for a AMD Overclocking Guide for your Motherboard, Memory, & CPU? then you need to check out this guide by Deeppow! Here's a snip.

Determining the Maximum FSB for nForce2

This can only be done on the mobos that use the nForce2 chipset. Anyone using a VIA chipset based mobo should skip this section.

1) Go into your BIOS. Set the following: a) the memory speed to a portion of the FSB (may be 50%) in order to eliminate the memory from possible control of system performance, b) the CPU multiplier low so that the CPU is eliminated from possible control of the system performance, c) set chipset voltage to its maximum or the highest value you want to use. Note: Memory timings should not matter for this step because the memory is set to a slow speed.

2) Increase the FSB from its default (typically 166Mhz) upward in steps and test for stability (see Testing section below) at each FSB speed.

This procedure should allow you to determine the maximum FSB your mobo chipset will support for the chipset voltage you selected.
