Hi,

What's the latest version of DirectX that I can have without installing SP1.

Is there any difference between 8.1 and 8.1b?

You can download the DirectX 9 leaks from several sites, just search. Nothing is required to get it to work.

I found DirectX9.exe on KaZaA, and it says it's beta 2 but it "expires on 8/20/02" "cannot be uninstalled".

Do the versions on #winbeta not expire?
