X-Fi Elite Pro driver fix

today creative released a new version of the 2.09.0001 driver

note: there is only a very small change
old

Quote:
ID = 05000020, 05000021, 05000023, 05100003, 05000024, 05000025, 05000026, 05000027, 05000028

vs new

Quote:
ID = 05000020, 05000021, 05000022, 05000023, 05100003, 05000024, 05000025, 05000026, 05000027, 05000028

so there is no need to redownload the driver
but I wonder what that ID 05000022 is

it's the elite pro model, the initial 2.09.0001 version had a bug and could not be installed on an elite pro card. this is the only bugfix.

According to Creative's forum the driver only adds the X-Fi Elite Pro to the supported sound cards. The ASIO Bug (Cubase LE incompatibility) for Elite Pro was NOT fixed. It is the same driver available for the other X-Fi models since ~3 months and the same available as beta for the Elite Pro model, which ran out usable time on september 15th.
