If you are not familiar with WinZip, or you are not comfortable using Zip files, then we recommend that you not download this beta version, and instead download the release version of WinZip 10.0. If you buy WinZip 10.0 now, you'll receive a free upgrade to WinZip 11.0 when we release the final version.

It is important to understand that beta test software may not be fully debugged and should not be used in a production environment. We, like other software vendors, post beta versions of our software to give existing customers a chance to try the new features, comment on them, and report any problems.

If you are interested in trying new software and are willing to report any problems, we encourage you to give this beta version a try. If you experience any difficulties, please report them to us by using the WinZip 11.0 Beta Release Feedback Form.

Please remember that this is a beta test version. It is possible that some of the new features in this version will not be included in the final release.

Now the Job Wizard can send you an email to confirm whether a scheduled job completed successfully or alert you of problems. You can also configure the Job Wizard to email the resulting Zip file and/or the Job's log file.

View Thumbnails within WinZip
If you have any images in a Zip file you can now browse through them viewing the thumbnails without first extracting the images from the Zip file. This makes it a lot easier and quicker to work with images in Zip files.

View Full-size Images with WinZip's New Image Viewer (Pro Only)
If you need a closer look, sometimes a thumbnail just won't do. Now you can view images without manually extracting the image from the Zip file.
