WinXP SP1 "Program too big to fit in memory"???

I've downloaded SP1 and whenever I try and run it I get the following error it the command prompt

Program too big to fit in memory

and then the prompt closes.
If anyone else gets/got this problem and knows how to fix it please help.

The file size is 142,048,517 bytes,
and the checksum is 91499468.
I've also renamed the file, i don't know it that'll make any difference or not?

Thanks in advance
