Windows Xp and Sp1 1089 uxtheme.dll problems with StlyeXP

seems after installing sp1 beta 1089 and replacing the fixed uxtheme.dll file and rebooting i now have no theme, it will not work at all, nothing works, can't even get normal windows xp themes to work, any idea as to what i may have done or a way to fix this i have tried different thing but noithing seems to work, i still get that wrong windows version error from stylexp.

help !!
