Windows XP Retail + SP1 Activation Howto

I'm sorry for this so so commented post
However is there still anyone who is going to explain in details how to deactivate Win XP after installing SP1?
Win XP is Retail so there's no problem with the serial number.
Just tell me what to do to remove the activation crap.
Pls help!
