Any one know of a fix to use TV out in twin view after installing one of the many Refresh rate fixes when running 3d games?

All I know is what I "can't do", not why.
Knowing the "why"is 90% on the way to knowing the "how".
It would be nice if someone can help!

For twinview or nview to work the 60hz refresh rates must be available for selection. In other words DON'T apply a RR Fix and twinview will work. You don't need your monitor to use a higher rate if your using your TV. I use tv-out to play THPS 3 and watch DVD's so I run a dual boot of twin XP installations and use one for tv-out.
