Last Friday, sources told us that a new interim build of Windows Vista would be out "Monday or Tuesday." Another said on Sunday that it would happen "real soon." It didn't happen.
This HAS happened before. There was a build that was "supposed" to come out and didn't. At the time, MS denied that any build was ever "planned." But that was not technically true. What happened was that there was a "reset," that is, it was decided that the build set to go out was not good enough to distribute and it was called off.
