why do i have mozilla 1.3a?

OK this is really close to dumb question :oops: .. but i seem to have Mozilla 1.3a (which i have forgot where i have downloaded from ) when Mozilla have released 1.2 today..does anybody have mozilla 1.3a

Perhaps you downloaded one of the "nightly" builds. These betas are from a different CVS tree than the 1.2 version. I dloaded one of these and also have a 1.3a nightly build, but am using 1.2b at the moment (and about to update to the final 1.2).
Basically it means that the developers can play with functionality in the (1.3a) nightly builds, while working towards stability and final 1.2 release with the 1.2 beta.
