Creative said they'd be released in late July/early August, whereas the Live! ones would be late June. Didn't any of you bother reading that when they said it before?

I have the cd with the new Live/Audigy drivers on cost me £1 + Vat

Ooops, almost forgot that too. Creative also has the CD you can get (Pay just for postage basically) which is available now which has it for both cards.

The cd that is being sold on their website does not contain the new drivers... They will be released sometime in August...

try the creative newsgroup for updates on this...

The CD DOES contain the new drivers. You have to ask specifically for it.
Ordered it over the phone on thurs., had the CD Mon. I think the shipping was $2.97.

You people are dumb to using an audigy anyway, its nothing more then a overclock emu101k chip, IT cannont do 24bit 96khz audio externaly witch makes it abousltly worthless, who cares if can do it internaly when it has to downgrade it to 48khz 16bit jus to listen to it. The drivers suck I dunno wth has gotten into the creative software dev's there drivers took a huge dive around the Live5.1 the orginal lives drivers where damn stable, and less buggy, the latest ones are simply horrible, waz worse the audigy has never had OLD drivers from the old dev team, its stuck with the crappy ones its got haha, ya know it forces you to keep a 4meg SF loaded all the time, even if ya wanna use a diff one..... theres 4 megs of lost ram right there, SLOPPY drivers, and a sloppy card..... like i said its jus a EMU101k chip runnning @ 133mhz instead of 66....... that would be good if it wasn't cursed with sutch horrible drivers. oh and to prove my point that IT is a oc'd emu101k chip, the orginal 101k did 1000mflops bout the same as a P100, the chip on the audigy does 2000mflops hmmmmmmmmmm.........

uh, my audigy works perfectly... games are awesome, recording in cubase is awesome, ac3 is awesome

Maybe we might take you seriously if you didn't type in run-on sentences. My Audigy works perfectly well. I'm using leaked Gateway drivers and they work wonderfully - no problems whatsoever.
