Expect them in mid-may or end of may. There could be a few as early as end of april, but you shouldn't count on that.

By the way if you don't like your P4G8X, I'll gladly rid you of it Big Grin

Canterwood (i875) motherboards will be more expensive than current E7205 (Granite Bay) motherboards, but not $350. A good guess would be around $230.

Springdale (i865) mainboards will be much cheaper. You'll find them at around $150 easily. They're supposed to replace the i845 family.

Canterwood happens to be the codename for the new workstation chipset from Intel, i875. It has Performance Acceleration Technology which is supposed to reduce memory latency and have other nice tweaks not found in Springdale. It also supports ECC. Other than that it's just about the same as Springdale:
AGP8x, Serial ATA w/ Soft-RAID, Dual Channel DDR400...

Gigabyte already has all the info posted about theirs...if I had not just bought my SiS655 board I might go for one of these.

Check it out! 6 RAM slots, 6 assorted ATA connectors, SCSI, Gigabit LAN :o
