I went from 98 to 98 se on a Packard bell

I did a fresh install on a pb 720 of win98 se and had to DL drivers for vid chip from website and it won't work any help will be appreciated

You will have to be much more specific.

What motherboard is it? What graphics chip is it?

Is it only the graphics drivers you are having issues with?

The more detail you provide the higher the chances people will be able to help you.

I doubt you'll get much response to such a vague post.

why go from 98 first edition to 98se??? in the first place, JUS downloading the critcal updates brings 98 first into 98 se status, sheesh you wasted your time. Is your Vid chip built in? and you need to know your mobo's chipset, its prob via or sis knowing how cheap PB was.

Have you tried finding drivers @ packard bell? I've heard that they may need special drivers, stupid PB Smile
