does anyone how were i can get a program that will refresh a web page countinuiously?? any help would be great, 8)

try opera it has a feature to refresh a site.

Are you trying to trick one of those web viewing pay per hour ad programs? Wink

Search download.com there's actually quite a few out there that will do what you want, you could also get one of the freeware auto-mouse programs and set it up to click on the refresh button every few seconds if you really want.
